Setting Up MySQL Database

I set up a MySQL database to house site content (like this post). I haven't put any data into the database, yet, so you aren't seeing any dynamically-generated content. It will come, with time.

I'm focusing on getting the retail Windows 8.1 installed on my laptop (upgrade from the 8.1 preview).
