jesus broken:
This isn't really a Morningstar album, I guess, but it's released by them. Apparently, it was made by students in their music school. I haven't heard it. I really wish more people would share Morningstar albums. I guess not a lot of people have them, though, in the first place.

deep waters:
Here's an instrumental album with Leonard Jones on voilin, instead of singing. I haven't heard it, either.

awake:
Another album that I haven't heard. It's supposed to be top-drawer and I'm sure it is. This is from their 2002 Harvest Conference and I believe that it's the start of an album series, much like Worship And Warfare.

simple:
This also isn't really a Morningstar album. Suzy Wills is the harsh-celty sounding chick on Morningstar albums, though, and this is her solo album. I haven't heard a single track from it, but I already want it. I just love her voice (although much like Ty Tabor singing, it could get old on a solo release).

live from the braveheart conference:
!!!BUY THIS ALBUM!!!
This is an excellent album that I have actually heard and own!!! If you want one Morningstar album, this is the one to get. It's has King's Kids (killer celtic dance music), Come Let Us Go Up To The Mountain, and one of my absolute favourite MS songs, We Love To Worship You as the closing song. It's passion and then a little more passion.

freedom:
This is the sequal to the second cd of the Generations set. This is their second children's album. I haven't heard it, although I wasn't overly fond of Generations disc two.

coming out of egypt:
I haven't heard this album, either. I was able to download just a couple of the songs, but not the whole thing, so I couldn't give it too much attention, unfortunately.

draw me up:
This is quite a good album. It is a really good collection of songs, although it's all Leonard Jones. That isn't a problem, though, and the album flows very well. I personally prefer the mix of some of their older albums (Don Potter was the reason I started listing to Morningstar, after all), but that doesn't detract at all. There is even a little Red Hot Chili Peppers on here, which is kind of cool.

the best of worship and warfare:
This is a greatest hits cut of their greatest series. I haven't heard this album, but I own every album that it's from. This album pulls tracks from Worship And Warfare 1.

prepare the way:
Here's another fabulous release from North Carolina. All eight albums of the Worship And Warfare series are great, though. These are part of the Worship And Warfare 2 series. Time To Get Right With God is a great Carribean sounding song and Even Our Faith lets Suzy Wills sing an excerpt from Revelations. It's very smooth.

fly me like the wind:
Songs on this album were taken from the Worship And Warfare 3 and 4 conferences. Suzy Wills tears up the vocals on Come Let Us Go Up and King's Kids will always rock. Fly Me Like The Wind has a really interesting interlude with audio (and I presume visual live) of the lunar landing. It's really exciting.

in the spirit:
This is from the Worship And Warfare 2 conference. Spirit Song may very well be the most beautiful and touching instrumental that I've ever heard. It goes from sultry lulls to sharp, edgy voilins and you're just drawn into it. Everything That Has Breath is a really weird worship song. I know I'm way off in my description, but I just think of down-tempo new-wave when I think of the song.

generations:
That I'm aware, this is Morningstar's only two-disc album. It represents three generations of Morninstar music; classic Don Potter and Leonard Jones, new almost risky edginess of Suzy Wills and Matthew Donovan, and children. For me, it would have made a really good single cd, but it's makes a fine addition to the collection, anway. It has solo (I mean the only thing) harmonica, spirit-led Suzy, spoken word Don, power-choir, etc... This is also part of the Worship And Warfare 2 series.

glory:
This brings an end to the Heart Of David Conference - Worship And Warfare, the Worship And Warfare 1 series. The whole album is wonderful and a great close to the series. Included is a cover of Beatles - I Want To Hold Your Hand and a finale of woship and weeping. It's very moving.

warfare:
This is a very powerful album. It starts right off the bat with I Have Decided, which is one of my favourite songs. The intro (probably the first five minutes) of this twenty-plus minute track is strong, spirit-led spoken word. I love their long songs, but it means that you can only put a couple on a mix tape. Thank God for mp3!!!

vision:
This is a full-length album with only three tracks!!! Lift Your Vision Higher is a great song at fourteen minutes. I have Overcome is ever better at eighteen minutes and a great percussion solo. Take The Land gives you twenty-two minutes of reggae goodness.

worship:
A couple really choice songs from Worship are Oh Jah and Creator Of The Universe. These songs are from the Heart Of David Conference - Worship And Warfare and in the Worship And Warfare 1 series.
